Usama ibn Zaid (R.A) reports that he asked Prophet Muhammad (SAW): “O messenger of Allah! I have seen you fasting in the month of Sha’ban so frequently that I have never seen you fasting in any other month.” Prophet Muhammad (SAW) replied: “Sha’ban is a month between Rajab and Ramadhan which is neglected by many people. And it is a month in which an account of the deeds is presented before the Lord of the Universe, so, I wish that my deeds be presented at a time when I am in a state of fasting.” (Ahmad and Nasai)
According to Abdullah bin Mas’ud (ra), Prophet Muhammad (saw) said: “On the Day of Resurrection the feet of the son of Adam will not move away till he is questioned about five matters.” (Tirmidhi) and received their answers, because man was not certainly created for play but for serving Allah Alone. The five matters are:

The ahadith mention that when one becomes angry while standing, one should sit down. If one is sitting, one should then lie down. When the couple are having an argument, each one should try to remind the other to sit down, lie down, drink water or make wudhu.
