The Prophet (SAW) said:” You should not undertake a special journey to visit any place other than these three mosques: The Sacred Mosque of Makkah, this Mosque of mine (Madinah), and Al-Aqsa Mosque.” (Bukhari, Muslim, and Abu Dawud). And he said:” Whosoever visited my grave after my death, it is like he visited me during my life.”

Islam also puts great emphasis on general health consciousness. Our Prophet (saw) said:” The most important knowledge is religious knowledge which protects the soul, and the knowledge of health which protects the body.

Muslims should be people who possess a remarkable way of practising healthy living. Islam appreciates and blesses every good thing that brings betterment to life, and dislikes and opposes things that bring destruction.  In stressing the importance of distancing oneself from any destruction, Allah (swt) says:” And spend of your substance in the cause of Allah, and make not your own hands contribute to your destruction but do good, for Allah loves those who do good.” (Al-Baqarah: 195).
